Mike was absolutely great to work with! We need our AC actuators replaced, and when others said they could come in the next week or two, Mike was willing to come in the evening after work hours. I needed HVAC services for a leaking furnace in my condo. Most of the places I found do not work on fan coil units. One guy even came and canceled the job once he saw the issue. After an exhausting search, I found Sunshine Ventilation and spoke with Mike. Long story short, Mike has been my HVAC guy since. He’s timely and efficient plus he listens and explains clearly.
